Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once an order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed off to the appropriate carrier.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled through a combination of domestic and international fulfillment partners, depending on the item purchased and current availability. Some items ship from within the United States, while others ship from our overseas partners, including warehouses located in China.

 

Because we operate using a multi-location fulfillment model, shipping times may vary by product and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • U.S. domestic orders: typically arrive within 5–10 business days

  • Internationally fulfilled orders: typically arrive within 15–20 business days

 

Please note that international shipments may experience delays in tracking updates, especially while packages are in transit between countries or undergoing customs processing. Tracking information may not update immediately and may only reflect movement once the package reaches a local carrier. This is normal for international shipments and does not indicate that an order has not been shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • A flat $5 shipping rate is available for customers within the United States for eligible items shipped via USPS.

  • Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and product weight.

Delivery Issues

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is missing or stolen after delivery, customers are encouraged to contact their local mail carrier or USPS directly.
